1. Account Eligibility and Use

To create an account on the Self Actualised Learning platform, you must be at least 18 years of age.

By creating an account, you confirm that:
• You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under Australian law
• The information you provide is accurate and kept up to date
• You are creating an account for your own personal use

Accounts must be used by one individual only. You may not share your login details, access, or subscription with any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Any activity that occurs under your account will be treated as activity carried out by you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are:
• Used fraudulently
• Shared with others
• Created using automated systems or bots
• In breach of these Terms

2. Nature of the Platform

Self Actualised Learning is a learning and personal growth platform, not a registered training organisation, educational institution, or health service provider.

Content on the platform may include:

• Guided self paced healing or wellbeing sessions

The platform does not provide:
• Formal qualifications
• Certificates
• Exams or assessments

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), unless cancelled by you.

By subscribing, you authorise us to:
• Charge your nominated payment method
• Process payments via secure third-party providers

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and may include GST where applicable. We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any changes will apply from your next billing period, and you will be notified in advance where required under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Unless required by Australian Consumer Law:
• Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• The content complies with all applicable Australian laws

Self Actualised Learning does not guarantee the accuracy, outcomes, or suitability of any Trainer content.

We reserve the right to remove content that:
• Breaches these Terms
• Is misleading, harmful, or inappropriate
• Poses legal or reputational risk to the platform

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:
• Upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass or intimidate other users
• Misrepresent qualifications or professional status
• Use the platform for spam, scams, or unauthorised promotion
• Attempt to interfere with platform security or payment systems

7. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer

Some content may relate to wellbeing, healing, or personal insight.

You acknowledge that:

We do not share your payment card details with Trainers.
