Reprogramming the Subconscious Mind
In this course we are going to explore one of the most powerful forces shaping human behaviour… the subconscious mind.
Many people believe that their decisions are driven by conscious choice. We think we decide what we believe, how we react, and how we behave. Yet psychological research and clinical experience show that much of our behaviour actually comes from deeper automatic patterns operating beneath conscious awareness.

About This Class
In this course we are going to explore one of the most powerful forces shaping human behaviour… the subconscious mind.
Many people believe that their decisions are driven by conscious choice. We think we decide what we believe, how we react, and how we behave. Yet psychological research and clinical experience show that much of our behaviour actually comes from deeper automatic patterns operating beneath conscious awareness.
The subconscious mind is constantly processing information, storing experiences, and forming associations. It acts as a kind of internal operating system that influences how we interpret the world.
To understand this more clearly, it helps to think of the mind as having two primary levels.
The conscious mind is the part that analyses, reasons and makes deliberate decisions. It is the part of the mind you use when you are learning something new or thinking through a problem.
The subconscious mind, on the other hand, operates automatically. It stores emotional memories, habits, beliefs and patterns that have developed over time.
And once these patterns are formed, the subconscious mind tends to repeat them automatically.
This is why people sometimes notice that they react in certain ways even when they logically know they would prefer to respond differently.
