About This Session

This is a recording of a past life regression meditation used in one of Jenny's Quantum EFT Workshops. This meditation has the listener travel to the Crystalline cave, deep within mother earth to find their soul's crystal. This is a storage device that holds all of their lifetimes. With help from your guides, when you touch the crystal, you are taken to a lifetime which still affects you now and where healing takes place and this healing is brought into the current life and DNA.

For the second Past Life Regression we will set the intention to go to a past life to ‘mine’ your Akash - to access, experience and bring back a quality, personality expression, gift, knowledge or higher learning/knowledge message that can benefit you in this lifetime. We will activate it through the meridians and have it speak to the blueprint of the stem cells, allowing you to have access to that which you had before in another life, in this life.
