About This Class
This 8 week self paced healing journey is designed to help you gently reset your body, mind and daily habits so your gut can begin to recover and rebalance.
Each week introduces a new focus designed to build awareness, reduce stress on the digestive system and support the body’s natural healing processes. Rather than overwhelming you with drastic changes, the program guides you step by step so the changes feel manageable and sustainable.
Every week includes a guided audio session to help train the mind and body to relax, release tension and support healing from within. These recordings can be listened to as often as you like throughout the week to deepen the benefits and reinforce positive patterns.
Alongside the audio sessions, you will work through simple practical exercises that help you become more aware of your food, your energy levels, your habits and the thoughts that may be influencing your health. You will learn how to identify what supports your wellbeing and what may be draining your energy or slowing your healing.
Over the 8 weeks you will gradually build new routines around food, relaxation, movement and mindset. These small consistent shifts help your body move toward balance while also strengthening your confidence and sense of control over your health.
Because the journey is self paced, you can move through the material in a way that suits your life. Some people choose to follow the weekly structure, while others prefer to spend extra time with certain exercises or recordings.
The goal of the program is not perfection, but awareness, consistency and gentle progress. By the end of the journey you will have a collection of tools, insights and practices you can continue using to support your gut and overall wellbeing long after the course has finished.
