Got knowledge, skills, training or a healing process sitting in your head? This practical workshop series is designed to help you get it out of your head and turn it into something people can actually use, watch and buy.

Across the program, Trish takes you through the process from the very beginning, starting with an idea and turning it into a clear, structured program with lessons, resources and recorded content.

You'll learn how to plan it, build it and record it without getting trapped in perfectionism, complicated technology or endless preparation.

The focus is on creating a Version 1. It doesn't need fancy editing, expensive equipment or a cinematic introduction. It needs useful content, a clear outcome and, most importantly, it needs to actually exist.

You'll work through how to:

• Turn your knowledge into a clear program idea and outcome

• Break a big idea into manageable lessons

• Decide what belongs in your program and what belongs in the Fuck It Bucket

• Create worksheets, manuals, PowerPoints and supporting resources

• Use AI and simple tools to make content creation easier

• Develop your own style without obsessing over perfect branding

• Set up Zoom and record your content simply

• Practise natural, one-take delivery without memorising scripts

• Give and receive useful feedback

• Improve your delivery through practice rather than endless editing

• Organise and transfer your finished files

• Start creating content that can be used and sold again and again

There will be mistakes. There may be llamas. 🦙
